Iota MuChapter
The Mighty Immortal Iota Mu Chapter
Founded on the principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift — serving our communities across Sacramento State, UC Davis, and Chico State.
A Legacy of Brotherhood & Excellence
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was founded on November 17, 1911, at Howard University by three students — Edgar Amos Love, Oscar James Cooper, and Frank Coleman — along with their faculty advisor, Dr. Ernest Everett Just.
The Iota Mu Chapter carries forward that tradition across Northern California, uniting brothers at Sacramento State, UC Davis, and Chico State in a shared commitment to academic excellence, community service, and lifelong brotherhood.
We are men of the Divine Nine — part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council — dedicated to uplifting our communities and developing leaders who make a difference.
